997 Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use
Please read this document carefully before using 997's services. By registering an account or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 997 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering an account, or using any service provided through the 997 website and application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions contained in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using this platform. Continued use following the publication of any amendment will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform operates as an online service subject to the laws and regulations applicable in Malaysia. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the local laws in force at their location.
Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
Eligibility Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use 997's services. This platform does not accept registrations from any individual below the specified age limit.
- Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. False or inaccurate information may result in account verification being rejected or the account being suspended.
- 997 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in transaction limits or account closure.
Account Security
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, unless you have reported unauthorised access to us as soon as possible.
- 997 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Be vigilant against phishing attempts impersonating our platform.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 997 platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Use of the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or system-integrity-compromising activities is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical tools to access or exploit the platform without written authorisation from 997.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to credit card fraud, using another person's account credentials, or manipulating the betting system.
- Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account for betting.
- Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts (arbitrage) with the intent to manipulate outcomes or exploit odds differences in an unauthorised manner.
- Spreading misleading or false information about the 997 platform to other users.
- Attempting to breach, hack, or interfere with the platform's technical functions by any means.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate suspension, permanent account closure, and/or appropriate legal action. 997 reserves the right to freeze funds in accounts involved in fraudulent activity while an investigation is ongoing.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information
All financial transactions on the 997 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency exchange is involved in standard deposit or withdrawal processes.
Deposit
- Deposits can be made using methods supported by the platform, including online bank transfers via FPX and approved e-wallets.
- You may only deposit funds from an account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and account verification level.
Withdrawal
- All withdrawals will be processed to the Malaysian bank account registered under your 997 account name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- 997 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. This includes verification of identification documents and proof of bank account ownership.
- Withdrawal processing times are within standard business hours, subject to verification procedures and the processing limits of the payment service provider.
- Funds obtained through suspected fraudulent activity may be withheld for investigation purposes and will not be processed until the investigation is concluded.
Liability Limitations, Account Suspension and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
997 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from technical disruptions, system delays, or unauthorised access to your account.
The 997 platform is provided "as is" without any implied or express warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, occasional technical disruptions may occur.
Account Suspension and Closure
- 997 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities.
- Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to transfer any balance obtained through activities that breached those terms.
- Users may close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Valid balances will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software contained within the 997 platform are owned by or licensed to 997 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written authorisation.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. 997 has no control over the content of those websites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from their use.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Terms Amendments
997 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users through appropriate channels, including in-platform notices. Continued use of the platform after such amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
We encourage users to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of these Terms. The date of the most recent amendment will be noted at the top of this document.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
